A Greenwoods Monetary Voucher is the perfect gift for any occasion. You choose the value, and the recipient can redeem it against spa days, overnight packages, afternoon tea, or anything else we offer at Greenwoods Hotel & Spa.
Vouchers can be sent digitally or physically — and you can even choose the exact date and time you'd like a digital voucher to be delivered.
How to Purchase
You can purchase securely online by filling out the form.
- Email – sent instantly or scheduled for a future date/time
- Post – mailed out within 2 working days
- Collect – pick up at hotel reception during opening hours
You can add a personal message (up to 200 characters) to all voucher types.
Voucher Info & Delivery Notes
All monetary vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers sent by post are printed on our official Greenwoods voucher slip
- Vouchers will be dispatched within 2 working days
- A £10.00 admin and postage fee applies to all postal vouchers
- Once posted, delivery is out of our control — we do not accept responsibility for postal delays
Terms & Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Can be extended by 90 days for a £25 fee
- We are unable to replace lost vouchers
- Advance booking is required to redeem against packages and treatments
- Voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking
- Vouchers must be presented on arrival
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Cannot be used against special events or offers (unless specified)
